If the upcoming “Draft Day” movie with Kevin Costner doesn’t look like it’s your thing, this movie might be right up your alley.
Here’s the description from IMDB:
The journey of legendary football coach Bob Ladouceur (Jim Caviezel), who took the De La Salle High School Spartans from obscurity to a 151-game winning streak that shattered all records for any American sport.
It stars Jim Caviezel (Person of Interest), Michael Chiklis (The Shield) and Laura Dern (Jurassic Park). Based on the trailer (which is below) it looks like a Friday Night Lights style movie and that’s a good thing.
The movie is adapted from a book by Neil Hayes and is scheduled to release on September 19, 2014.
