Baylor’s new tailgating area will make you jealous

In 2013, the Baylor Bears said goodbye to Floyd Casey Stadium after 64 years. McLane Stadium is in the process of being built with hope that it will be ready for the 2014 season opener. So what happens to Floyd Casey?

According to this tweet from Baylor football, they taking some of the turf and making it into a tailgating area.

Looks like a smart move and the online reaction so far has been positive. When you add this to the possibility of “sail-gating” at McLane Stadium, Baylor is doing it’s best to add value to the game-day experience and in today’s day and age of decreasing attendance that is a smart move.
