Maty Mauk completes 96 Yard TD Pass

Missouri has been the surprise team of the SEC this season despite the loss of their QB James Franklin during the Georgia game. Down by seven, South Carolina RB Mike Davis fumbled the ball inside the Tigers five yard line. Red-shirt freshman Maty Mauk responded by delivering the ball to his WR and then he let the Gamecocks defensive backs play keystone cops as Washington streaked into end zone to give Mizzouri a 14-0 lead over the Gamecocks in the second quarter of their game.

As a red-shirt freshman, you have to be impressed how Mauk has come in and taken over for Missouri. He's not perfect but he's the definition of a gamer and he can make plays with his arm and his feet. The Tigers will have a dangerous QB for quite a while in Mauk.
