Jerry Kill celebrates win with locker room dance

The Minnesota Golden Gophers have been one of the surprises of the college football season. When Jerry Kill took over the Minnesota Golden Gophers they went 3-9 in his first season and 6-7 last year. This year they sit at 8-2 overall and 4-2 in the conference after a big 24-10 win over Penn State.

It has been a great success for Kill and his coaching staff but Kill remains in a battle against his much documented history of seizures due to epilepsy. Kill suffered another gameday seizure this season during half-time against Western Illinois and then he missed the Michigan game after suffering a seizure early on the morning of the game.

Just weeks ago, the University of Minnesota announced Kill would take time off to manage his epilepsy. Tracy Claeys has taken over the reigns as coach in Kill's absence but Kill remains an active part of the Gophers. For someone who has been through so much in the last few years, it's nice to see him being able to let loose….
