While we typically run our Morning Playbook as the first post during the week, sometimes we just have to hit the snooze alarm once, or twice, or 14 times. As you know, it is Top Ten week here on Crystal Ball Run. Earlier today we continued with a look at our number six team in 2012, the Oklahoma Sooners. Who will make up our top five?

Les Miles is quite the character. This much we all know. Can you picture him as a Marvel character? And by the way, I would LOVE to see some of you artists out there send in your sketches of Miles as a super hero. Hit us up on Twitter if you have any to share!
Now if Miles could keep players in Baton Rouge. Sophomore Sam Gibson and red-shirt freshman David Jenkins (both defensive backs) are leaving the program via transfer. This leaves the Tigers thinning out at a strong position of course, which means it will be extra important for players like Tyrann Mathieu to stay healthy.
Some bowls officially changed their names this week. First the Champs Sports Bowl became the Russell Athletic Bowl. Now the Appear Insight Bowl is set to become the Valley of the Sun Bowl, which should not be confused with THE Sun Bowl.
With Missouri and Texas A&M heading to the SEC this fall many are wondering what kind of impact it will have on recruiting for the two former Big 12 members. Rivals.com takes a look.

Purdue red-shirt freshman running back Doug Gentry is no longer with the Boilermakers. Naturally, it is for unspecified reasons. All of a sudden the Purdue running game is thinning out without much to look to, especially if they have to deal with legal problems with Ralph Bolden.
