The Cavs just lost their first post-season game after winning an NBA record 13 straight, so it should be interesting to see how they handle this pivotal game 4. They are at home, and I don’t see how the Celtics beat them again without IT, so I wouldn’t be too worried. However, that spread is probably a little too gigantic.
As always, all lines are from MyBookie so let’s get down to it:

Analysis: Like I said, this spread is just gigantic. I mean, it’s the Eastern Conference Finals and the Celtics are the #1 seed, AND they just came back from 20+ points to win game 3. It’s true that the Celtics lost Isiah Thomas for the rest of the season, but LeBron also just had one of the worst games of his career as well. I think the Celtics are actually better defensively without a half-injured IT on the court, so that helps their cause as well. I have zero expectations that the Celtics win, but it seems like a good bet to pick them and the massive amount of points they are getting. PICK: Celtics +16
I would also Lean on the Under 218, but I am not as confident in that bet as the Celtics spread. It’s a lot of points, and I think both teams will play better defensively this time around.
