Eric Ebron gets engaged then gets drafted 10th

If you thought Jadeveon Clowney had a big day getting draft first overall in the 2014 NFL Draft and signing an endorsement deal with Puma, wait til you hear about North Carolina tight end Eric Ebron.

Prior to the draft, Ebron spend some quality time with his significant other on top of the Empire State Building and he just happened to pop the question….

How do you top that?

By getting picked 10th in the NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions. Two once in a lifetime moments in one day. What a day for Ebron!

Ebron led Larry Fedora’s Tar Heels with 62 receptions in 2013 and NFL Network Analyst Mike Mayock called him a better athlete with better hands than Vernon Davis.

Ebron should have a long career and you can bet that this is a day that he won’t soon forget.
