Sacred Heart shows why you never quit on a play

The saying in football is you play to the whistle. While there were some good touchdown plays around college football on Saturday, few will demonstrate just why you never give up on a play the way this touchdown by Sacred Heart will.

Receiver Moses Webb caught a 23-yard pass down the middle of the field but lost control of the football before his knee was down. Monmouth picked up the loose football and started to return it the other way, but Webb caught up with the defender, stripped the football and took it back 51 yards back the other way for a touchdown. For those trying to keep track, that's a complete pass, fumble, fumble, touchdown.

Did you follow all of that? Don't worry, because there is video…

Sacred Heart was rewarded for the effort, defeating Monmouth 28-21 to improve to 8-2 this season.
