Local car dealership television commercials are typically some of the worst scripted and the acting is atrocious. But it's time to give a nod to the folks at Fowler Toyota in Norman, Okla., for being funny and timely.

Hello Johnny Savings.

This would be even better if Texas A&M was still in the Big 12 and the fact the Aggies and Heisman winner Johnny Manziel hadn't dismantled the Sooners in the Cotton Bowl.

But Manziel has been a bit erratic this offseason, and with the latest controversy surrounding his autograph signing habits, this commercial has to be popular in Oklahoma.

I have to think Manziel gets a kick out of it, but let's hope he knows he doesn't get any royalties for this. We all know what the fine print says: "All characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental."

That's worked well for the NCAA for years.
